When we think of a growing nation we often analyze the education system. After reflecting back on my education, that focused only on academic excellence, I have tried to figure out what is it that we can do in the field of education to make the future generations caring, confident, well rounded individuals that understand the global and local needs and take appropriate action.

I had a vision to establish a school that recognizes that each child is special and different in their own way. I feel that the development of soft skills in the younger generations in India and maybe all over the world is imperative in the 21st century.

The development of the ability to question, reason, observe, research, reflect are all skills that I was never encouraged to develop when I was growing up. I believe that children have the right to freedom; the freedom to live as an individual and not as one of many.
